We rented this property as part of a wedding weekend, and the location was perfectly situated between the two venues. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small children. The large playroom upstairs was a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels/linen. The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach when needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

No complaints really - we had a few minor issues that the hosts helped resolve right away. The smoke alarm nearest the kitchen is VERY sensitive but opening windows and running the fan helped. The large bathtub in the master bathroom was out of order but another smaller one was available.

Having the ability to cook our own meals during our trip was a huge cost savings and allowed us to do more. Everything you could need to cook with was available if you asked. I brought all our own cookware and utensils because I have Celiac and didn't trust unknown cookware. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

Our only complaint was that the microwave was extremely dirty and we opted not to use it. I don't know if other rooms are different, but a small dinner table for 2 would be super helpful in the room. There is a desk with a chair, but that only fits 1.

The man that checked us in was nice and helpful. The room I booked was upstairs but unfortunately my husband cannot do steps. The desk man helped me find a room that would work for us. He was wonderful.

I was nervous about your hotel at first. Outside looked rough and old. But once we got inside, I was very happy. It was nice clean and roomy.

The directions available from your online reservations page was TERRIBLE. The reality of what roads you see on the driving directions map is not the current reality, not at all, and the discrepancies were very serious. I ended up needing over an hour of extra driving through some really dangerous neighborhoods in Tacoma, along with numerous stops so that I could phone, again and again, your two very helpful reception desk women and ask them to direct me from where I had come to since the previous call for directions. The women of you front desk were so patient. Finally, they guided me to the one and only one way to get to the Best Western plus. That was a serious bit of unnecessary travel. I am very fortunate to have been driving while it was late afternoon and not late in the evening or after dark. It would have been both dangerous and probably too difficult. Again, please know that only your two women at the front desk enabled me to arrive safely and then get myself safely parked and in my hotel room.

Dreary! Dark b-movie hallways. Very old and worn overall. A renovation of vacant offices that misses the mark. Mismatched furniture needs to be replaced… the 3 chairs pushed together as a makeshift couch were worn out and another chair had broken springs. Bed linen thin and cheap. We drove around the block 6 times before we found the hotel; no signage and we called 3 times for help but the front desk clerk gave us wrong information, “past” King Street when it was before.
