Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      It was very close to the beach. The hotel pool was very nice. We were able to ask for extra towels for our room since they do not clean daily.

      The room was musty, and the building didn't feel super clean. Plus there was a giant cockroach in our room, which I was told was "just normal for Hawaii" and not to leave any food trash in our rooms.

      The neighborhood was pretty rough. Nothing the hotel can do. Hopefully the municipality can improve the community in that regard.

      Our room had a stained ceiling in the bathroom and a terrible door. The bed was lovely. The balcony was very worn and scary. The ceiling was corroded. However we enjoyed sitting there.
