This hotel never lets me down. I have stayed here many times and I enjoy my stay every time! The staff are all friendly and courteous and always great you with a smile. The girl is equipped with many different amenities, including a bar, restaurants, game room, and gift shop. It is conveniently located just a stones throw away to Disneyland and offers a FREE shuttle to and from the park.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, staff were nice, coffee in office. Police were just leaving when we arrived, who said everything was fine, they were taking care of a "problem"

The cleaning crew needs to pay attention to where hands touch: door jambs, door knobs, etc., spider webs; built-up dirt and dust on baseboards, behind bed, and night stands; walls need to be spot cleaned. Guests smoking pot out on the balcony and being very loud. Evidence of drug use in parking lot. 2 EMT crews were in the parking lot in the morning. :(

The breakfast was not great. The fruit was frozen when served, the eggs were not great, the yogurt was limited to a bland flavor...you get the message. Staff was very nice so it was not about them.

They charged us for a restuarant that we did not go to. Somebody must have used our room number. It’s been more than two weeks that i have been following up for disputing that and tonight they said charge is valid but did not have any proof to support that. So i had to dispute through my credit card. I ALWAYS take pictures of my receipts and there is no receipt for that charge. So frustrating.

Staff refused to return room deposit because I lit a incense candle in the room cause it smelt bad staff said it did bad as well. I place bag over smoke so candle wouldn’t set it off and forgot to remove it at check out so they said I damaged the property cause of the bag over alarm and tried to charge an additional $100. If I was smoking in room you should be able to tell regardless of bag. There wasn’t a cigarette smell or marijuana smell or any smell from any substance in the room no cigarettes buds or any paraphernalia. SMH on top of that when asked to speak to GM the staff refused also refused to connect me with customer service or provide me with an email to email the property.
