    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Simple check in even w a slite mix up but no big deal. Had rooms together and the grandkids loved that part as well. Breakfast had plenty of choices for all of our fussy ones

      Once we new the lay out of our rooms it was easier to get there. Long walk w all the luggage from the front but again not a big deal.

      Clean ground floor , pretty quiet, felt my car was safe and dog friendly.. super close to many ammenities. Others staying their longer stays did not cause any issues.

      One small lower in grade is due to some mold in the grout of the handicapped shower near the sink. Not a deal breaker by any means ..

      Bathroom was disgusting. I was so exhausted after a long day and just wanted to shower and sleep before my long drive home the next day. I have stayed at this hotel several times with no issues. The shower head was caked in mildew/mold. Just put a bag of vinegar over it and let it sit for about 30mins! Or spend $20 to replace it. The tub was dirty and needed to be re caulked from all the mildew growing. The toilet was dirty. It was so late and I didn’t want to bother with getting a new room. The bed was not as comfortable as I remember from the past either. I was so exhausted. Please take better care of your hotel. I should request a full refund since I was only there for about 9-10 hours anyways.

      Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom floor had water on iy when you stepped by the toilet. The chairs were ripped and covered with a patch.
