The location was perfect especially for visiting ONP. It was convenient to the local grocery store, restaurants and more. We loved the cabin feel and even though it was right on highway 101 it was very quiet inside.

My only complaint would be that barn doors are not conducive in small places like these as they do not close tightly like a regular door to give one full privacy.

It was hard to find because there is no street number on the road. I had to call and reach a person who directed me as I drove around the block. The entrance is at the BACK of the building, again with no street number but at least a name. Even the businesses across the street had never heard of it. It’s like a secret gem that is only known to Booking.com customers!

The location was great. It was clean. The room was clean.

When we first got there the lady was rude. She didn’t explain where the room was or that I had to scan the key card in order to use the elevator. I stood there trying to figure out why the elevator wouldn’t go to my floor until someone else who was staying there scanned their key card and said he couldn’t figure it out when they got there either. When we got to the room the tv wouldn’t turn on. I went back down to inform them that we were having issues with the tv and the same lady couldn’t care less. They never came to check the tv. We stayed 4 days. The valet parking was over priced. We paid over the 4 days to park in the public parking across the street for less than it was to park 1 night with the valet. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I don’t know what kind of mattress they use but it felt like an old spring mattress. We woke up so tired and sore every morning.
