The property was very beautiful and modern, and the staff was exceptional. From opening doors to anything I needed they were happy to help. Very convenient location downtown, near everything you need.

Although everything was beautiful and modern my bathroom shower didn’t look that great I’m not sure if it was rust or just wasn’t cleaned properly but it had some odd spots all on the shower floor.

Good breakfast and kind staff. There were lots of restaurants around the area for dinner. The room was very clean and spacious.

The entry way was a the smoking area and there were lots of people vaping that we had to walk through to enter. The smoking area should be moved.

I needed a crib in my room for my 8 month old child, took over an hour to get one and it was already 7:00pm. The crib they gave us was old and dangerous for my child so we didn't end up using it. Water pressure terrible in the shower too.

Room was full of roaches and bed had bed bugs. I wound up sleeping on the floor after taking a second shower and putting on clean clothes again. refrigerator even had roaches inside of it where the food goes.

The room was nice. Bathroom and room itself was clean. Staff was nice as well.

There was a mouse in my room and when confronted staff didnt seem to care or worry. I notified them around 2 am and showed video evidence. They couldn’t switch rooms understandably so as it was 2 am. The mouse was in a bag that my cousin and I was using for trash. The staff member said and I quote “leave the bag outside with the mouse and whatever happens with it is whatever.”
