Very relaxing lobby with lots of working spaces, lounging chairs, places to read. Staff was very attentive, easy check in and check out, offered bottles of water, coffee, cookies even in the wee hours of the morning. Great city view from our room, room very clean with comfortable beds. Perfect location for family visiting kids studying in Upenn or Drexel, a vibrant,bustling and walkable neighborhood. Happy hour at the restaurant Co-op was delicious and a steal!

Beds were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Loved the birds, fish, turtles and bearded dragon in the atrium.

Property is dated. Hard to find lobby entrance at night. Smoking area is just outside the lobby entrance and hard to avoid. Inconvenient driving access to lobby from parking lot upon arrival for check in.

It was too far from downtown activities. It was really in the medical district not downtown. Plus, it was a much further walk from the train station than the listing claimed - and all uphill.

The room was dirty and smelled of a dirty dog with spray trying to cover up the awful smell. We almost left on the middle of the night because it was so gross. Left early morning instead. Very disappointing.
