      Didn’t get a chance to do anything at the hotel checked in @1 am and then was told had to check out at noon was only able to try and sleep & it was to loud to sleep

      Door to the room was uneven so it was a lot of noise when opened or closed. Was very noisy people in the hallway all night being loud and in & out of the room with a door that slammed shut when closed & made noise when opened decided the hallway was better than their room couldn’t get any sleep and when I was able was told I had to leave when my reservation was for the 24th in check out on the 25th but was forced to check out at noon on the 24th the hotel manager didn’t even once work out anything with me or at least give me half of my money back paid for breakfast that I did not receive and when I checked in the desk, clerk did not inform me that I will have to check out at noon. It was just a terrible aggravating situation.

      The hotel was very clean and nice. Beautiful indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub was fabulous. The rooms were spacious and clean

      No elevator so you have to lug everything up to your floor. I wish they gave more information on things to do and explained about the trolley that comes around. We found a trolley stop right near the restaurant in the back side of the resort which was so much easier than driving anywhere. Rooms were nice but needed some updating. Scratches on the furniture etc. also seemed a bit expensive for what you get.
