  Great location to COTA for the race weekend. VERY comfortable bed, good shower and adequate breakfast (get there early, when it's gone, it's gone). Very good coffee which is not always the case in hotels.

  Quit using the single use, plastic shampoo bottles. Even the fanciest hotels have the dispensers on the wall of the shower.

  The location was perfect right in front of the beach, but you still had to cross the road. And the cruise parking has gone up to $40 for the week.

  The rooms are old and the bedding is old and not very comfortable at all. The floors had a lot of condensation and wet the whole stay I fell down once not expecting it to be slippery. But I’m ok hit the back of my head. 🙄 the bathtub had mildew around the caulking. The staff was a little rude and lazy but it’s expected along with the other unsanitary and unsatisfactory conditions. The food was all cold. Not worth it but this is my opinion and experience only…. Not enough soaps and shampoos for two people. And the elevators for gods sake they need to be cleaned and updated they are literally gross. So I just sucked it up the whole stay to get on the cruise the next morning. The best place to stay is at the DAYS INN in the back of this hotel. Right now they are closed for remodeling. But check it out it’s worth the wait. And they do cruise parking and breakfast as well. But the beds are so comfortable and fresh. This is my 25th cruise. So I already know what to expect. A lot of other folks were complaining about their rooms. I’m not a high class person but I didn’t deserve this kind of hospitality.

  Sofa bed not comfortable at all. Housekeeping did not empty baskets or check and leave clean towels in bathroom daily if needed. Maybe have to ask for them. We also mentioned shower door may have not been on "track" completely, unless it was supposed to be that way..cuz kept sliding open when in shower.
