Loved our stay! Convenient location, secure building. The place is very comfortable, well equipped with everything needed, great communication, and a very accommodating host. Pool time outside was fantastic! Beautiful views of the city. The only things to note is the pool closes at 8pm, not 9 as the rules stated, we couldn't get in the first two days. The place would only sleep 4 comfortably, not 6 as listed, the "sleeper sofa" is more like a love seat, small, would fit a child or a Very short adult, no futon, there were 5 of us, two beds, so we had to use the provided air mattresses, not a big deal, we loved our stay. Overall a great experience!

A 5 story building set in the corporate park area of rancho cordova.Very close to highway 50. Clean and spacious rooms with a small frig and mw, and a very accommodating staff! Average but tasty breakfast, lots of free parking, good location close to a shopping center and a strip center with good dining options. All in all, I would strongly recommend this hotel!

The room. It was spacious and had a full kitchen.

The breakfast. The main light switch controlled all the lights so it had to be on in order for all the lights to be on or off. When I went to sleep I made sure the main light was on but had to play tag with the other lights to keep the bathroom light or whatever on. That got a little confusing at times.

The host is not responsive. The air conditioner failed on day three and it took the host almost a day to respond back to multiple telephone calls, messaged and texts. We were offered a refund of a quarter of the rental even though we only had 3 days of the 8day rental that the unit was usable. The owner has built a reputation in the building as being difficult to get a hold of and not responding to their guests. Several people from the building shared with us that the host of this unit has regular complaints from guests. Also, this unit is located on the second floor next to a railroad track and a busy road. You hear the train throughout the night when it passes by.

We faced multiple issues during our stay. We shared some with the host too via text message. 1. We discovered a significant number of ants in and around the kitchen area, including in pans, sugar containers, and on kitchen surfaces. 2. Additionally, the mattress in the bunk bed was extremely uncomfortable and practically unusable. As a result, my father and his elderly friend had to sleep on the living room couch. 3. Excessive dampness in the house, particularly in the play area, caused red rashes on the skin for a few members of our group.
