      The staff is so friendly. The lady that checked us in and the person who checked us out were so nice and happy with big smiles. I love that. The room was perfect. It came with a little kitchen that we didn't use, but it's a nice setup. Pool is a good size. 15 minutes from Mohegan. We will definitely be back!

      The bed is really comfortable and the location on Warren St, with many shops and restaurants, couldn't be more convenient. Parking in the back is free. This was our second stay, and we'll come again.

      The main desk isn't staffed for quite a few hours. There's a number to call if you have a problem, and we didn't have any, but that might be an issue for others.

      The in-room refrigerator was the smallest size imaginable and it was sitting at floor level. The tray under the small freezer had water in it. The cabinet for the refrigerator was built for a larger frig. There was a closet but no hangers. Lobby was unattractive.
