Very clean and comfortable and private guest unit, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped and picturesque backyard with an inviting pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed staying here, especially having a soak later at night after our evening activities.

The property was located near the basic things we needed. It was also located near where we were attending a wedding which was nice. It was also pet friendly which was a plus for us as I cannot board my dogs due to her heart condition.

There was a cigarette burn in the top red cover on our bed. The beds were also VERY firm. The AC unit takes some time to actually kick on. I had to reset it and then it eventually came on.

The location was directly in front of the Mississippi River, traffic was light, and it was close to our dining location on Main Street

The mattresses seemed old, and with the indications of guests sitting on the beds. I didn't like the fact that the room did not have a Microwave, I feel like the lamp on the night stand could have been more up to date in offering multi AC outlets and USB ports for cell phones. My first pillow case had not been washed, it had a body odor. I am used to placing a Do Not Disturb sign on my door when I retire for the night. I feel that I'm paying to utilize a room for less than 24 hours, so I don't want to be disturbed by housekeeping wanting to come in to clean before Check Out.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. Needed to have bacon or sausage only had scrambled eggs. Toaster didn’t work and the waffle maker didn’t work very good either.

The rooms needed to be updated the carpet was worn out the bathroom floor was dirty and we had flying bugs in the tub coming from the drain.
