The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The house was really cute, well maintained, nicely appointed, and comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there. The location can't be beat. You can easily walk to everything on Front street but you're not smack in the middle of the noise and the worst of the traffic. We loved being able to bring our dog. The two parking spaces made everything easy. The management team stayed in communication with us and gave us all the information we needed to get in the house, park, etc. and even left us some coffee and wine. Lovely!

If you're planning to bring your dog, please be aware you will be charged over half a night's stay to do so. We were informed after our credit card was charged and it was too late to cancel. When I brought this up, the response was "If you click on our policies in Booking.com, it shows that dogs are allowed with an additional fee. I apologize if this was missed at the time of booking." While technically true, it's not entirely accurate. If you scroll all the way down, past the table showing all the other charges, past the copious information about the place and all the language talking about what a great place it is for your pup, you'll find one line stating "Pets are allowed upon request. Charges may apply." It does not indicate what that fee will be, nor is it very easy to find. Being more upfront about the fee, and the amount of the fee, will save everyone some hassle.

The room was filthy. It was undergoing renovations. It was described as an airport hotel and it was more like a motel with very thin walls and it was a long way from the airport. There was a shuttle from the airport, but no return shuttle until much later in the day. I won't stay at a Wyndham hotel again as I see they have terrible standards.

It was filthy and the room had partially completed renovation patches. The service was mediocre. It was very noisy. It did not feel safe. It was highly over priced. The room also smelled musty.

The location, all the structure it offers is great and there is a very nice view of the lake.

I think the staff on the restaurants could be nicer. Sometimes it seems that you are bothering them. And the hotel was in a internet maintenance, but it wasn’t well planned, so I stayed 3 days without internet connection. As I was in a business trip, it was awful.

The only good thing about this stay was that it was located near where we needed to be.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted with the smell of a damp basement mixed with wet dog. The whole room just smelled musty and old. Everything felt slightly wet/damp. Neither of the drains in the room worked well. We had to hold the shower plug down while taking a shower so the tub didn't remain filled at the same time. The sink just barely drained and there was no trick that would help it go down faster. Breakfast was also pretty bad. The waffles and sausage had a sour aftertaste. The potatoes were difficult to chew, and perhaps I was saved from a bad egg experience because they were never refilled. Additionally, at one point during breakfast a man walked in with a clearly labeled and well-trained service dog. An employee told him pets were not allowed, to which he replied it was a service dog. How do we live in 2025 with people not understanding the difference between a service animal and a pet? The employee hid in a doorway until the man and his service dog left the area. The entire hotel felt run-down and dirty. We had planned to visit this same town next weekend, but I have already canceled my stay in this hotel. At check out when I mentioned the drains and the smell, the front desk persin seemed disinterested and irritated I brought it up. It was quite possibly the worst hotel my family has ever had the displeasure of staying in. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

1st night, we found some not so pleasant folks that were staying there. Loud and obnoxious. They left day 2. It's like a totally different place.
