The unit is in a unique location on a farm. It was incredibly well stocked with food & drink such as I have never found before. This included fresh farm eggs and a gas firepit on the veranda which made eating outside a real experience of note. You just need to understand that you are staying on a working farm, so the surrounds are very rustic.

The location and beautiful surroundings are perfect. The grounds are breathtaking. The staff warm and welcoming. The Bake Shop’s coffee and breakfast pastries were amazing.

The rooms are pretty..quaint colonial but the bathrooms are extremely dated. We were in a pet allowed area. We did not know this when we booked. A dog barking all night was difficult. I would definitely request a non pet area on my next stay.

House keeping only came one day in the three day stay. For the price of the room per night it is my belief that house keeping should had been everyday. I have stayed at a competitor and house keeping came everyday.

No staff during certain hours, the walls are thin & we can hear everything. No strict after hours noise control. We were up all throughout the night due to people outside our door being loud.
