I like this place. I live in the same town it’s located in so I sometimes “staycation” here. This is the first time I’ve stayed in the main motel and not the annex one across the street. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly (on site and digital help that isn’t located anywhere on site). At one point, I managed to lock myself out of my room. I am grateful for the customer service kiosk because they have someone there on the screen to help guests with issues seemingly for 24/7. I didn’t have my id on me when I locked myself out of my room and so I explained what had happened and they were incredibly helpful by giving me a new key for my room at such a late hour. They also have so many amenities that they offer for the main building rooms (ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries,etc.) and there is a ton of storage space in the dresser. All the ground floor rooms appear to meet ADA requirements as well.

The amenities were all there, close to lots of recreational areas and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Front desk staff and extras available. Rent out movies and bikes if desired. Stocked wood piles.

The only thing I could say is not a lot of privacy outside/deck area of villas , a lot of foot traffic by neighbors. Fire pits are nice but no where comfortable to sit around

I like that I don’t have to go trough a casino to get out, the rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist was so nice her name is Sarah, and she helped me with everything I need it. She is the best.

Cute little cabin on the Alaskan Hwy. Was a nice little stop to gas up, get some rest and grab a bite to eat after a long road trip day. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Location is great to the place where I need to stay. Breakfast was just ok for emergency till you get your regular lunch some where in the restourants.

the thing I don't like was the front desk staff of the checking out day was crazy. She called to my room almost ten times while I was in shower. Then when I replied to the call, she told me to leave the room. I said Ok and I came to the front desk to pay my balance. Then she charged me $50 dollars more for 15 minutes pass to 12:00 the check time period. when I asked why? she said it is the hotel's policy. Isn't it crazy?

Strong mildew smell, coffee maker dirty with old grounds, bugs under the sink, remotes had corroded batteries oozing liquid, balcony light not working, no electrical outlet cover in living room, NO ammenities card given to me until I called to complain about the $100 charge posted everywhere if I didn't turn it in...🙄. That didn't set well with me at all, like a possible scam was going on. Reconnected the wires to the TV by moving the dresser, found dirt and bugs under that, cleaned all the remotes with qtips and alcohol, replaced batteries in those we were using. After wiping all the counters with clorox wipes and keeping Lysol spray for the mildew, I wound up washing the bedding we were using because I had no faith left that that unit had been cleaned.
