Just a few things was not good. Porch was dirty, had to change rooms but I guess it was bigger. Floor could’ve been cleaner are feet was dirty. It was great for the area I was grateful no big complaints to have me not come back again. I’m a mountain type guy and it was a good place for the location I was in!

After nearly 2 weeks of traveling and staying at BnBs and Inns, it was a delightful relief to have a large clean lobby, a spacious elevator, and a large room with plenty of space, a closet, and a huge bathroom.

We didn't want to get back into the car, and found a restaurant to walk to, but there are not many good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was adequate though.

Location was wonderful, we were visiting Carowinds so it was very close. The breakfast included was also decent.

I had stayed here before and liked it but this time several things didn’t work. The hair dryer. The coffee pot. The lamp. All of that was a major inconvenience. Along with losing water at some point and i realize that wasn’t the hotels fault as a line busted or something but all of that together made it a little frustrating.

I didn't realize not all hotels have air conditioner. I had to go but a fan for our room because it would get stuffy. The bed was hard. The shower has no water pressure. I wanted to give my son a bath & couldn't because the stopper didn't work & it would have taken forever to get enough water in the tub.

After a long trip and tiring trip from Washington, we pulled into the driveway and was greeted by a woman running out and yelling at us. "Can I help you and do you have a reservation?" Qe had not even put the truck in park, she continued yelling to pull the trailer and truck up and motion my son with a nasty face and hands gesture, as to where to pull in. It didn't stop there. When I entered the office to pay, she continued to lecture me on my dogs. I made reservations for the dogs as well. She let me know, "I've kick guest out for their animals many times." I had to ensure her name girls would not ruin her carpet and I am a responsible pet owner. She rolled her eyes. I would look for another place to stay if I were you.
