Hotel itself and the rooms were very nice and clean; the pool and surrounding area was also very nice with easy access to Disneyworld parks. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The little bar restaurant thing the food was great, and we ate there a few times on the trip. However, it seemed like the staff here was more worried about the people who came to the bar than who wanted to eat and would help them before addressing the people waiting to order even if they came afterwards.

The guy sitting behide the desk, very un professional, told me I didn’t have a reservation, but yet I had a confirmation number , and a pin, I knew he was fibing he even throw my card and lic, said he could get me a room for about 40 dls more, and laughed about it , I had already stayed two nights in a row there, back to back, the guy is no good, just check the cameras

It's a 4-star hotel, but they only clean room if you request it, so unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, diminishing overall value! The staff were not all friendly and since they do not clean the room they also do not give you toiletries unless you request them including clean towels and toilet tissue Will never return!

We didn't have breakfast on the premises. We weren't even told that breakfast was being served. Anything when you book through booking.com they should let their customers know upfront there's a $40 a day parking fee.
