This place was great. The staff were very friendly and they even let us check in early. The room was small, but very clean and had a great view. They accommodated every request we had and made sure to treat us with kindness and hospitality and respect.

The room was infested with ants (we saw over a dozen during our 1 night stay), the ceiling above the shower would leak whenever the person above us used the bathroom, and there was also mold present due to the water damage. The room itself was somewhat dirty, with hair all throughout the bed and the windows desperately needing to be cleaned.

We paid for the parking within the hotel $40 dollars the front desk staff neglected to tell us to back a hard left and say that is our parking! We went straight not realizing that was a different public facility and the next morning we had two boots on our rental car with a $120 dollars the front fine! The staff just shrugged and said we know there aren’t any signs - they only gave me my 42 dollars for parking back! So unprofessional and not helpful when it was the staff and facility to not be clear where the parking was!

Commode did not work the whole time we stayed and out key lock did not work. Had to get hotel staff to let us in our room. Ask to speak to the manager several times . Manager was not available. Emailed and called several times did not get a response.
