Breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from. You will not go away hungry. I was shocked at the evening g drinks and snacks! The snacks turned out to be a meal in itself.

The check in lady was a delight. It is quiet and clean. Breakfast was real nice. The woman taking care of it was a hard worker and kind.

The bathroom sink was cracked, water won't go down good in sink. The floor tile was cracked. All of the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers were empty. At least it had soap. First room there I was not happy. The hallway to room had mildew smell. Then woman at desk was rude when I tried to address it. Not pleased this time.

It was clean, roomy, had an actual ice maker, microwave, this may seem funny but I’m tall and it was nice to have a good height toilet.

Expect some noise at least if you are staying upstairs. There was some kind of resonance that we had to open and close the door to kill the noise. Also when the next room uses the shower, there was a pretty bad noise.

First, our fridge had not been properly closed and was defrosting, leaving the carpet wet. The desk clerk gave us a towel to soak up the wetness from the carpet. That was a good thing because I needed it at 7:00 the next morning when the toilet overflowed! The gurgling sound from OUR bathtub when someone in a nearby room was showering was a clue that the plumbing was highly suspect. When I flushed (no inappropriate matter was in it!), the toilet bowl filled and then water (and perhaps human waste) began pouring out on the floor from the base of the toilet. I went to the front desk, but no one was awake; the desk clerk came in her pjs. I informed her what had happened and said I should get a discount on the room. She could make no decision herself, and no cleaning person was offered. When the proprietor finally was awake, it took until near check-out time for the decision to be made to give a discount (and that was only because the desk clerk called her on the phone.) The hotel should have had someone on call immediately for a situation like this; it could have been a serious health risk.

Didnt feel safe. The doors dont lock and was told to just lift up on the door if it doesn't lock. I entered my room without even using the key. Just pushed the door and it opened.... absolutely never going there again and I hope nobody else stays there thinking they will get a good room. Atrocious.
