We stayed in the Deluxe Cottage with a king bed and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and set in a very peaceful location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Not clean, rooms outdated. Has stain on bed sheets and blanket, looks too be blood.. Saff not very helpful when request to have it replace.. had to take all the stain items to the front desk. Seems to have no cleaning staff avalible. Was told okay to extend stay by front desk person, night before, went in the morning as was told unable too. Found a better price hotel and checked out. Will not say here agian.

Their are only four lounge chairs by pool, no other chairs. It flet like a one family pool. A few more just sitting chairs would have been great. I had to ask them to clean the floors in the room, they were dirty. When Manager came up, she used the vacuum that the cleaner was using from the next room, but it was working. The cleaning person should have realized that. Manager went and got another one and cleaned our room, and mopped the foyer as well. Her name is Wendy she was great! They also have placed 2 separate holds on my credit card, not happy about that at all. I have filed a claim. I understand the first one, when we checked in-and it might not have come off it. But to add an additional 39.95 when we checked out. Doesn't make any sense. We left the room clean, left both keys, all the towels. Why the extra charge, no explanation.
