The manager of the property was very nice and outstanding and the worker John was fabulous and the manager was so helpful and giving us our food and making sure we had everything we needed employees were outstanding even to a point where they drop us off at the concert that we went to and make sure we made it backI really recommend them stain. Whoever goes there enjoy the pool, the bar and everything that they have in the shuttle.

Just book it. Easy walk to presidio or Lyon steps. Lots of good bars and eateries on Chestnut. We go to SF several times per year. This is our new go to place to stay. Individual garage for you car, had our dog with us, room was comfy with nice kitchenette-- made it such an easy place for us. Garden in the courtyard was so pretty one guess was set up with a canvas and watercolor painting.

The manager, staff, service, and hospitality extended kind hospitality and service. We also enjoyed the fresh and delicious breakfast each morning. They tried to accommodate dietary restrictions, which we appreciated.

We booked last minute for the holidays and stayed for 2 nights. While the location was convenient, the condition of the room did not reflect the price per night. The rooms are very outdated and would greatly benefit from proper upgrades rather than cosmetic repairs. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the bathroom locks were broken upon arrival, and our room was not cleaned the following day despite our request at the front desk. A higher level of upkeep and attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated. Overall, it didn’t meet our expectations. But the management was welcoming.

There was a lot of issues I had with this hotel, but my main issues were: the AC, the arrangement of the room, water pressure was an, the TV, and disturbances. When we first arrived we were confused cause we didn’t know there was valet parking which wasn’t disclosed from the listing. The main problem started when we got to our room, it was fine till we realized the AC kind of works and was still hot all night. We also noticed the chair in the corner has stains and the bed is right in front of the door so if someone looked into our pep hole they could see us. Then when we got back from our event we took a shower and the water pressure is so terrible I thought I was at a motel 6. The Tv also only has a few options such as Netflix or cable and they should offer more alternatives. Lastly we chose a hotel to feel more safe instead of a Airbnb, but someone knocked on our door at 1 am. This of course scared my wife and made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Please update your facilities why should I pay 250 a night for a run down room that had a terrible AC, TV, shower and also get disturbed. Not only that I was charged an extra $50 when I arrived which I’m assuming is due to insurance and will be refunded back the extra money if not I’ll call. I thought a 4 star hotel would be better but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere.
