Breakfast was good. Would be better to have employ people that understood English. My wife has celiac disease but could not enjoy breakfast because no one could understand or tell us if the selections were gluten free.

Some of the Front desk staff seemed cold when we arrived. No greeting other than “can I help you” that was the most she said the entire time there. I approached with other questions with virtually no verble response. This visit seemed a bit different than our previous stays. The front checkin area reeked of sewer smell, thankfully the room didn’t.

There was no breakfast or coffee except for an additional fee in an attached restaurant. Very disappointing.

The bed was old and very rough to sleep in. The “jet tub” sucked. The jets barely worked. And the shower. Talk about barely getting wet.

My partner and I booked this property for a night and first impression was that it looked like a motel. I don’t know how it has multiple stars. My partner and I got in bed to find a big roach in the sheets. We packed up our belongings and asked front desk for a refund. Because we booked with booking.com, front desk told us to call booking.com. We checked out for the night and got ahold of booking.com. We were told to wait for the manager from best western to approve the refund via email. I have called best western everyday to speak with the manager, to ask that they respond to the booking.com email and approve our refund since we were there for 30 min max before checking out. But every-time I call, front desk says the manager is “in a meeting”. Therefore, i still have not received a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.
