The lobby was clean. You could. Hose multiple sitting areas and everywhere was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff on all the shifts were very professional and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable, we traveled during one of the hot spells of over 100 degrees and the ac in the room kept us very comfortable.

Please don't use goose down pillows - my daughter and I are allergic and lots of people are even if they don't know it! The pool and jacuzzi were large and nice - but the pool deck was dirty/gross and there were bandaids and hair globs in both.

The establishment was kept up well. It looks like the place has been around a bit. The room was clean but had a really bad mildew smell.

The room had a really strong mildew smell. The water had a mildew smell and taste to it as well. You had to run it for a bit to clear it out in order to get a drink of water. There was construction on a new building going on just outside the bedroom window. The staff at the front desk was horrible. The first night I got there, no welcome in, nothing, it was like why are you bothering me. Non inviting, no customer service skills, and when you ask a question you get talked down to. Norman I think was the second person I talked to and he was rude and no help as well.

Getting into the parking lot was a hassle, there wasn’t enough parking. The counter, floors, shower curtain and toilet were all dirty and the room itself smelled like musty, suety, wet carpet- which was absolutely spot on. There was a massive disturbance from a violent guest that ended with the police on our first night there that there wasn’t even so much as an apology for. There were no towels in the pool, multiple bugs and a bandaid floating in the lukewarm hot tub that never fully heated. I am actually genuinely upset that I spent money to stay at this place.
