I have nothing good to say. In fact, I sent a letter to the hotel manager and regional director with my complaints. I have not received any response and I sent my letter on June 22, 2025! The copy below is from my letter. I have held off doing a review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to respond but they have chosen not to. It's a super weird location next to the back side of a Salvation Army thrift store and the parking is extremely tight. I feel that having a functioning tv, not one that is possessed all night long, is part of what I was paying for and I most certainly did not have that or a comfortable stay.

First, there is a major problem with your Roku tv in room 119. When I arrived I couldn’t get it to turn on so the nice young man at the front desk put new batteries in my remote and we hoped that would fix the issue. It didn’t and we later realized the tv was unplugged. He came to my room and plugged it in, as the furniture was too heavy for me to shift. Still didn’t work. Periodically the tv would light up with “Live TV input loading” and a robotic voice played saying the audio was turned off and could be changed in the settings feature. The front desk man checked that the internet was working and tried several fixes but ultimately said I could change rooms if I wanted a tv that worked. By this time it was 9:00 p.m., I was exhausted from driving all day and the last thing I was going to do was move all my stuff again. I find no fault with your front desk man, he tried what he could to remedy the situation but during our many conversations he did let slip that you have been having problems with these tvs. I then had to suffer all night long with the tv coming on randomly to the loading screen but not actually functioning and the voice playing. I did not sleep well. I could not turn it off and I could not move the furniture to unplug it. Needless to say I was very angry by morning. In addition to the tv turning on and off I had to take the back off the toilet twice during the night to jiggle the valve so that it would stop filling. While we’re on the subject of the bathroom, I have never had a bathroom sink spray like a kitchen sink? I don’t even know what that was about. I took a picture of it because it was so strange. Finally, you need to clean the carpets in this room! They were totally disgusting! The marketing photos used in your ads reflect a newer hotel so I was extremely surprised by the issues I encountered.

Rooms are clean, large, and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Shower is great. Great semi-kitchenette area in the room. We didn't use the common kitchen in the office but it looked great. The outdoor pool is wonderful, had a great time there. It has a very nice, chill, secluded atmosphere but it was still an easy walk to the main street area. On top of it all, he price is quite nice for the area.

I submitted a lengthy message to the owner of the property a few days ago but never heard back. They were very responsive up until this last message. There were broken items in the apartment, the toilet was unsealed and wobbling and the attachment to the television was not in the apartment and one of the remotes had dead batteries. We had to request new adapters twice and when they were finally brought they did not add the attachment so that we could plug it into the actual outlet. On top of that, we were not given notice about the unreliable elevator until the day of the check-in instructions. We were on the 7th floor and had a lot of luggage to bring up and when we left we had to bring several heavy pieces of luggage down 7 flights of stairs. Had we arrived any later we would have had to carry all of that luggage up 7 flights of stairs, as well. We ended up checking out two days early because it was such a disappointing experience. If I could go back I would not have booked this property.

The Refrigerator did not work which wasn't good, but the worst was all the gargage piled up outside. The garbage cans on both back doors was overflowing and all over the ground. Very disgusting!!!

The TV did not have a remote control, the toilet ran the whole night, the couch didn’t have much cushioning at all very uncomfortable in the lighting at the vanity was not well fought out. And we paid $165 for one night.
