The room i got was very clean and the towels and bed sheets were stain free and smelled a clean. I always bring cleaning supplies because i still clean the shower and toilet before i use them but this suite felt clean.

Cockroaches Uncomfortable beds I contacted the hotel when I made the reservations letting them know I needed. Downstairs room because I have a lady that is partial paralyzed and my husband is also disabled and uses a crutch, they were not accommodating. Not only did the give us an upstairs room they gave us the room that was farthest away from the stairs. This is not okay. I would like to have my money back. I did not sleep all night due to the cockroaches.

Elevator was down. Not too big of a deal but the stairway is where the garbage is kept and the carpets in the stairway are filthy and covered in pet urine so making the trip up and down the stairs was enough to make you gag. The breakfast is sad. Heavy carb loaded breakfast with limited options. We would get to breakfast around 8:30 and it seemed like everything was gone. The rooms are nice but they are starting to get a bit dated. There is also what feels like an exsesive amount of furniture for such a small space. At least for a family of four using the pull out bed it easily gets too crowded with all the chairs and tables. I wish they would provide enough towels for as many guests as the room holds. So for example if it sleeps four then four towels would be nice to have without going out of your way to ask. I also wish the room would come supplied with a few dishwasher pods instead of having to ask the desk for them. We also had to ask for a blanket for the spare bedroom. You also have to ask for room service which I would always forget to do because you’re supposed to call the night before. So I had a very sandy room with sand stuck to my feet the entire time. Luckily they did supply a broom but after spending time at the pool we quickly had a room with a wet sandy floor that was complicated to manage. A swiffer mop would have been handy to have. All in all I like this place but it just seems like it could be more convenient. Like not having to walk up and down three flights of stairs smelling dog pee and garbage to get simple things like towels, blankets , dish pods, etc. The people here were very kind and very helpful but were just not the type of people who like to ask others to go out of their way to bring us stuff. I’m sure had we asked they would have.
