      Room was not clean, moved to second room which smelled like an ashtray. At that point we just wanted to leave. Absolutely unacceptable to have to move what would have been 3 rooms for us to be comfortable. Especially paying the rates we did.

      Room . First room was seriously outdated and smelled of mold . When I called manager they put me in another room with smaller bed and no discount I'm 6'8 so a Full size bed was a nightmare. Bedsheets were the worst had to go to next town over to purchase sheets that didn't itch. Toilet paper dispenser was hanging off wall ... wire mould for TV receptacle was hanging off wall used band-aids in cabinet etc...
