Their are only four lounge chairs by pool, no other chairs. It flet like a one family pool. A few more just sitting chairs would have been great. I had to ask them to clean the floors in the room, they were dirty. When Manager came up, she used the vacuum that the cleaner was using from the next room, but it was working. The cleaning person should have realized that. Manager went and got another one and cleaned our room, and mopped the foyer as well. Her name is Wendy she was great! They also have placed 2 separate holds on my credit card, not happy about that at all. I have filed a claim. I understand the first one, when we checked in-and it might not have come off it. But to add an additional 39.95 when we checked out. Doesn't make any sense. We left the room clean, left both keys, all the towels. Why the extra charge, no explanation.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it. The sink was slow to drain. You had to flush the toilet multiple times. You can hear the toilets flush from other rooms all night long. The tub and mirror were peeling. I called the front desk to report the sink drainage and was told he would be up to plunge in a never came. There was only 1 battery in the remote so had to get a battery from the front desk. Towels were not cleaned and folded. This was just not a great experience.
