It was spacious and clean. The rooms were perfect and comfortable for everyone. Each room had a TV which was great when everyone wanted their own alone time. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. We needed to use the washing machine and dryer unexpectedly and it did the job wonderfully. It was a great surprise for the master bath to have a jacuzzi tub. The pool table & x-men video arcade game were entertaining for everyone. The location was great. The view of the lake was gorgeous. The neighbors were super friendly.

I did bring elderly family members and quit a few of the railings had alot of spiderwebs, so they didnt get to enjoy the lower level outside. The steps up to the entrance of the house could also used a railing just for safety. Figuring out which lights controlled what was a tad frustrating. One of the chairs on the patio was broken but I only found that out when I sat down and the bolts to the chair dug into my rear end, that was painful. It was rather disappointing that the the grill was out of propane, so my husband couldn't grill for us like he wanted. The fire pit outside had enough propane for one use which was also disappointing. It was so lovely outside but my family members couldn't enjoy it too much because it was a bit cold and we couldn't use the fire pit to keep warm. The fireplace in the living room, only one side of the doors would open. We didn't feel comfortable having the fire going for long in fear that the heat would be too much for the glass. The sliding screen doors were difficult to open and close without issue.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The property is at a great location in town and is walking distance from most shops/restaurants. Wifi worked great with no issues.

I have stayed here before when visiting my kids. I like the location. The breakfast is nice and staff at the front desk and the ladies serving breakfast were especially kind.

After spending all day helping my daughter move, I arrived back to find my room had not been made up. So disappointing.when I called the front desk to inquire, they could only apologize and tell me housekeeping was gone for the day and they don’t know why my room was skipped.

Great location, convenient to visit Mt. Rainier NP. Cabin was well stocked with toiletries & supplies. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet.

The attic stairway is a pull-down ladder. It's a challenge for older people. Difficult to safely hoist luggage. And - there's no protection at the top - it's an open hole in the floor. We couldn't get the ceiling light over the kitchen area on - perhaps a burnt out bulb?
