Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very courteous and friendly! We were early and requested early check-in which they were able to accommodate for us. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults. While we didn't need or use the refrigerator or microwave on this trip, it's nice to have. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom provided all essentials needed.

One thing that was a little off-putting was having the sink in a common area. In some cases, it may be nice when sharing a bathroom, however our wake times were different and having a sink inside the bathroom would have been nice.

Really enjoyed the whole property and the amenities: plenty of towels, blankets, appliances, pots and pans, dishwashing and dishwasher soap, comfortable beds, good TV and family room, great porch with picnic table, good gas grill, location of course excellent.

The water in the kitchen is heavily clouded, not sure if it's aerated or it's calcium. The owners need to create a sign of why the water is this way, and post it. The front porch is in need of immediate repair or replacement on about 6 of the deck boards, as they are rotted. The porch railings need tightening too. The whole deck needs sealing, if not replaced. The shower was missing body gel and shampoo, bars of soap would be nice in bathroom and also kitchen. The grill needs a new grill brush. There is noise in the mornings from the building behind the house but easily mitigated by closing the back windows of bedrooms. There needs to be a sign of where to find the lint collector in the dryer, it is not obvious.

Drapes didn’t close properly, they were thorn broken old and dirty, beds super uncomfortable and the tv line up didn’t work! Parking complicated and you have to pay extra per car, Won’t stay there ever again not worth it

We stayed for 3 nights. My husband and I with our 10 month old baby. On the first morning we went to breakfast. Our 10 month old was doing exactly what a baby does, babbling with occasional louder squeaks. The breakfast attendant kept muttering things under her breath about someone getting back from the hospital and kept saying “someone needs to shut that baby up.” She never approached us to make a comment but other hotel patrons were very aware of what she was saying and kept telling her that the baby is fine. Another family came up to us and said “we stay here all the time and she’s not usually like this.” This made us extremely uncomfortable so we did not attend breakfast again.

The site is going through an upgrade. Rooms before the upgrade are very worn with signs of lots of use and wear. Beds are stated queen but seem smaller.
