  The room was spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space, which was a nice convenience. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for Las Vegas. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It was also very convenient to get to and from the airport by Uber. The location is excellent if you’re attending a concert at the T-Mobile Arena, and the nearby casinos and hotels offer plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment within a short walk.

  On the downside, the pillows were overly large and dense, which left my neck sore each morning. Also, there was no fridge in the room where one should have been. It would have been very helpful for keeping drinks and snacks cold.

  I liked the location, ocean view and the fact that the property has multiple pools and jacuzzis to enjoy. I also liked that it is very family friendly.

  The room was worn, the towels and face cloths were dirty, the shower head is too low (I'm 5'10 and had to bend down to wash my face/hair) and the beds were super hard.

  I booked thru booking.com and the pictures and title of the room indicated updated room amenities, so I thought the room I would get was going to look like the picture, we stay at the Tropicana all the time and expect what we get so I thought wow they finally "updated" their rooms. NOT the room we received had black lacquer Funiture from the 80's and NO Refrigerator which we always get a refrigerator, I have medicine that has to be refrigerated so this also didn't help the situation when the ice machine on our floor (5th) was out of order had to go all the way to the 23rd floor. The manager was no help when speaking to her she didn't seem to know anything about the hotel, she must have been new.
