      This was my second time staying at Apple Hostel in Philadelphia. I always have a great time staying at this hostel because it has such an open environment. I always meet friendly people there. The rooms were always vacuumed, and the bathrooms were always kept cleaned.

      Although everything has been great up until late last night to early this morning, I think it's time to find a different spot.

      I have been staying in the hotel and up until late last night and this morning, everything was great. Most recently the room right above us made such loud noises, running and jumping, we could get no sleep at all!

      There was no pool there was an immediate access to the room. I have two knee replacements and I am disabled, but the Girl did get me a closest she could that’s good customer service.

      The staff was not friendly, we were never offered help with luggage. At check-in, I was given room card and told 4th floor. Nothing about amenities, wifi, welcome to our hotel...nothing. When we learned the ice machine on our floor didn't have ice, staff told us to go to every floor and check all of them. Upon departure, we were not offered a luggage cart or even shown where to get one. I wish I had something good to say about our stay other than the bath tub and size of the room.
