I enjoyed the proximity of being directly in the center of the strip, as well as the connection to miracle mile shops & all the eateries available without having to leave the property.

Elevator wait time was a bit longer than desired as only 2 worked during our entire stay. Additionally, a better selection of Tv channels/Tv picture quality would be appreciated, if possible.

Barely enough room to walk around the bed. But the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Why did I have to pay a $200 deposit along with the room. And when will that despise be returned?

What I did not lime at all is the poor loss and found policy. When i checked out i found d out i left some items in the room; i called them several times and they say the lost and found department will Contact me later. Until today; I haven’t received a call back from them.

The owner was very mean. Literally kicked me out and told me I had to leave after my reservation and not to extend my reservation like I planned on because I got two phone calls connected to my room. I got there early because of domestic situation.i have no where else to go and would not let me sit in the lobby to wait for my 3pm check on. I got there at 12pm. I understand you can let people check in early cause the room was not ready but wouldn't let me wait anywhere on the property for my check on time. He finally said I can leave my bags there and I left on a Uber for a little bit and the hotel called and said I had to come get my things that I couldn't leave them there even tho the owner said I could. I got back to get my things then changed there mind and said I could check on now. The room is ready. They didn't have any compassion for a woman alone trying to get a way from abusive man. So sympathy or care what so ever for me. The owner was cruel and evil and mean my entire stay. I stayed 3 night. I planned on 4 but left and went to a different hotel.
