The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The property is only about 3 years old & is very well maintained. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was also good and a nice added value. The hotel is next to a Walmart, but that was not a bad thing! It’s a very nice area and probably the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been in. Made it very convenient to grab a few things, because it never fails that you need something while traveling away from home!

Great location, comfortable and clean.

Small room. Little space to walk around if you have more than 2 suitcases. Also, the door to the shower doesn't open all the way because of the toilet. Bigger people would have problems getting inside.

I just stayed a week at Park Lane and it was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Check-in is only at 4pm, which almost caused me to miss a wedding I flew in for. For a supposed “luxury” hotel, this is unacceptable. 2. It regularly took 30–45 minutes just to go up or down to my room. The hotel simply doesn’t have enough elevators for the number of guests. Total chaos. 3. Paid for a “high floor upgrade” that was advertised with beautiful Central Park views. In reality, it was just a higher floor with a depressing back view of buildings. A scam. 4. The phone in my room wasn’t even connected. Couldn’t order room service or contact the front desk from the room. 5. The front desk and reception staff were curt and unhelpful. I get that New York can be blunt, but basic courtesy in a hotel should be the minimum standard. 6. Check-in and check-out were a madhouse, with long lines, poor organization, and the elevator mess spilling over into the lobby. The whole vibe was stressful. This hotel sells itself as upscale, but it’s poorly run, overcrowded, and feels like a tourist trap. For the rates they charge, it’s a rip-off. There are far better hotels in Manhattan at this price point. Avoid.

Main shower was dirty, the door into the main bedroom didn’t open all the way, hot water went out a day, there was a de-smoker in the room when we checked in.

Easy to get in! Easy to get to museum and lake front. Great soundproofing. Clean except for a few spiders and their webs. :)

Picky, but… have your cleaner open up bags for trash cans! Hard to use when cannot put anything in them without pushing them open in the can.
