The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the fridge was clean/cold, and the AC worked nicely. The water pressure in the shower was strong and there were convenience items like shampoo and lotion. It has been open a while and I've stayed here several times and I'm never disappointed in the upkeep.

The only way to get water from the dispenser in the lobby area was through the hot water on the coffee machine because the cold water was part of the juice machine that is only available during breakfast hours.

Unfortunately the AC unit didn’t seem to cool down to the temp it said, it remained pretty warm and the unit above where I was staying was excessively loud all day/night which made sleeping difficult.

The facility did not match the photos shown online. When I arrived, there was a strong, foul odor that made the space immediately uncomfortable. The apartment lacked any sense of warmth or hospitality—it felt more like staying in a stranger’s house than a properly maintained rental. The bathroom had no rugs, and the bedroom rugs were stained and had a damp, clammy feel. The front door had no deadbolt, which made me feel unsafe, and it also lacked any blinds or curtains—so anyone walking by could see directly inside, leaving me with no privacy. On the fourth day of my six-day stay, the second bedroom flooded. Instead of offering a proper solution, the owners called me multiple times insisting I place a towel or bucket to prevent damage to the mattress and floors—completely ignoring the fact that I now had nowhere to sleep. They then suggested I share the bed in the first bedroom with the other guest, which was highly inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially since I booked a two-bedroom for a reason. The next day, they offered to move us to a different unit, but all of the apartments they initially showed were one-bedrooms, which did not meet the needs of our booking. Only after I pushed back did they finally offer a much better apartment at the Novo Apartments. That unit was clean, smelled fresh, and had a much more comfortable and homey feel. If I had known that option was available from the beginning, it would have been my first choice. Overall, the original apartment made the trip stressful and unpleasant. I felt misled, and the experience made me wish I had booked elsewhere.
