I was in satisfied with the breakfast and as I was going to breakfast I was going alone and I walked in with like five other people that were coming from different rooms and the manager and the desk refused me to stay again due to too many people in my room but those people were not in my room so I didn't like the front desk manager I guess he was I'm not sure but and so he refused my next day service due to other people working with me who are not with me.

The house is in a beautiful location and setting. It is extremely clean and very well stocked with all essentials. Having the washer/dryer is a huge benefit. The kitchen is well equipped with new pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We even found a much needed flashlight. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The location is amazing. Right in the downtown area and 10 minutes walking from the boardwalk. The room was spacious, clean, and I loved the walk-in shower. Having the automated coffee machine in the lobby 24/7 is great for an early riser. Parking on the lot nextdoor was included.

The bed was comfortable but far too warm, and the A/C unit was so loud I couldn't leave it on during the night. Google Maps said free breakfast was included. It is not. My mistake, the booking.com listing does not mention free breakfast. I reported it on Google Maps. It is a pity there is no fridge in the room. Guests can use the kitchen fridge.

We loved the location. We always try to go towards st. Andrews and this was right next to it. The staff were quick to response to issues.

Only issues was that the balcony doors did not lock and with a child with autism we had to make it work. But I let the staff know and they were supposed to be taking care of it after our stay.

The room was extremely small. No refrigerator or microwave. A red light above the bed stayed on constantly. I couldn’t turn it off. The door lock or security is less than desirable. I was charged $24.00 on my credit card, even though I paid cash at the hotel. I’m still waiting for my money back.
