This is our second time staying at this Staybridge location as we find it to be ideal for visiting family in the Detroit metro and Flint areas. It is also situated behind a Holiday Inn and therefore does not get as much road noise at night. The suite was very big with a separate bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The man working the desk in the afternoons/evenings was always upbeat and fun to talk to. We weren’t sure of the housekeeping situation but they came by almost everyday we put our magnet out!

We noticed the room is showing more wear since our last visit (in 2021) which is understandable. However, it seems the cleaning in the room stays very surface level and many areas are overlooked (ex: white stains on side of desk). This gives the room a bit of a grimy feel. We always showed up to the breakfast area at least a half hour before it closed but there were always things out of stock. This often included fruit as well as the biscuits and gravy (which made me extra sad because the breakfast lady promised it would be there on our last morning, however, it clearly was never set out). The air conditioning unit is set up in the bedroom so can be noisy at night. Also, very weird but for the first few nights of our stay we woke up to an empty Pokémon box for trading cards outside our door. We would throw it away but it would make its way back to our room.

I stayed at this location many times for business as did my associates in the past. I had not been there in 4-5 years and it has definitely gone downhill. I will not be staying there again nor recommending it

Make the bed every 3 days? Never have I heard of that. No sign to hang out to service the room? The food was Yuck. The only thing edible was the waffles. Pretty hard to screw that up.

The value was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, The pool was nice even if we didn´t use it. The woman who was working on Wednesday 27th at 11:00am was polite and gentle.

We got there on Tuesday 26th at about 3:40 pm and the young woman who was working at that time was unpolite and a little bit disrespectful. The entrance was kind of dirty and they had just painted it (the smell was too strong , my sister had some health issue)
