The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

LOVED the shower with the extra shower heads. Liked all the windows on the room and the pretend fireplace which made it feel cozy and almost like a home. Also really enjoyed hard floors, as it instantly feels cleaner (carpet in hotels is disgusting in my opinion). Decorator has great taste.

The check-in process was clunky and frustrating. The automated kiosk wouldn’t accept my credit card. This was not due to any issue on my end, but because staff had disabled that function without any notice. I stood there confused and irritated until someone eventually came to assist. What’s worse is they knew the system wouldn’t work, yet still left guests to figure it out alone. The experience didn’t match expectations. Later, our room keys didn’t work either, requiring another search for help. The neighborhood is close to the freeway, which is convenient, but it’s also noisy and noticeably dirty.

We loved that the hotel wants to provide a unique experience. Our room was cute but very dark. The bathroom was nicely sized and had good toiletries and towels.

Parking is a nightmare! Much of the staff was new and couldn’t answer basic questions (like where to park). My partner had to sleep right next to a concrete column. Luckily, he does not move around a lot when sleeping but if you are someone who wallops your arm or leg out from the sheets at night, be careful! The outdoor bar closed at 10 PM. We had hoped to enjoy a nightcap after a nice dinner in Asheville, but only got to spend a few minutes enjoying the view before last call. In the end, it was a “meh” experience. We want to support Asheville after Helene and will be returning to the city, but most likely not to the Radical.

Check in staffs are rude and arrogant. Website mentioned EV charging station but there are only two Tesla chargers at the property.

Loved being close to the beach and also having the option to fish right behind the hotel.

The first two nights we was there we stayed in on the second floor and then they moved us to the first floor for the next two nights and that room we found cockroach. And also, I didn’t get my deposit back.

I liked everything, it is a four star hotel do I would expect everything to be nice I’m not sure that it was worth a $100 more per night over several other 4 star hotels located on Chattanooga.

The staff were amazing.

The wi-fi was horrendous, the breakfast was beyond sub-par, there were cracks around the air conditioners that I could see daylight through and bugs crawling in and out.
