The Kimpton Hotel experience is uniformly very good, and the Kimpton Hotel Monaco was no exception. The staff in particular made this experience exceptional as our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. The location of the hotel and view of Independence Hall from the room itself all made for a great experience.

It's super close to the car rental returns and the airport itself, free parking, just a good spot if you have to fly the next day.

Pool suddenly closed, the water was as green as grass. Staff said it was an urgent issue, but it didn’t look that way. No notice at check-in, no prior warning. Asked the front desk for more details, but they brushed it off far too casually. Not great when you have a 6-year-old daughter who was looking forward to one last swim on vacation. Didn’t feel safe in the parking lot, with plenty of signs warning to leave your car empty or risk a break-in. The room was fine, but the hotel itself felt worn out. You’re not paying top dollar, but I’ve come to expect better from La Quinta Inn.

The conference room thats been under 'renovation ' for over 10 years now ive learned. It shouldnt be advertised on booking.com if its unavailable. False advertisement. Cockroaches. Filthy. Request refund.

Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. Feels like a train station. Takes 25 minutes to wait for the elevators each time going up or down. Finally we went down by the stairs. Dining room is as noisy as a market.
