The hotel charges $1 as a safety/incidental fee and will charge $100 if there are any damages - very different than many other hotels around the area that will take $$$ and refund upon check out so this is a great feature! Great location with a great view. Every staff we run into were super nice and welcoming. The room was just perfect for the 3 nights. The bed was soft. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Mesa Verde NP. It is right next to the two loops to visit the park.

Staff sould have warned us there would not be any housekeeping. We were told the econg night to get towels and coffee pods at the reception. Becuase we did take the car every time to go to the reception and/or dinner it was an inconvenience. All that needed to be done was tell us at checking that there would not be any housekeeping. All in all it really was not an inconvenience really. However, please alert your next customeres about the no housekeeping.

No comfortable or even functioning deck chairs. This simple, inexpensive improvement would make a huge difference to anyone’s stay. -the view and deck is best asset but yet no good sitting options. The bunk beds do not function well- top bed squeaks loudly waking others up.

it had bugs , the air conditioner didn't work , it wasn't clean , and I had to constantly watch my vehicle cause they were people always gathering around it selling and doing drugs and did I mention the air conditioner didn't work and couldn't get a different room
