  Excellent experience overall! We were in town for the Santa Rosa marathon and the hotel was ideally located walking distance to the marathon, as well as several great restaurants in the downtown area. The room seemed brand new and had a separate bedroom, living and kitchen area. The staff were terrific. Overall would absolutely choose this hotel again on a return trip to Santa Rosa!

  Guy at the front dest double charged me. He was super high, and not on site when I arrived. Said that booking.com declined the payment and had me pay again. Property was ok, dirty and smelly.

  Great location! Walkable to beach, activities, and restaurants. (Did not use the pool, hot tub, splash pad, arcade, or laundry.)

  Breakfast room is too small: It’s hard to navigate around the people seated and the other people getting their food. Room was good overall, but the bathroom could use updates: None of the shower head settings were very good, the toilet paper holder was crooked so the toilet paper roll kept falling off, there isn’t a dimmer light to use at night, and our floor boards were warped.
