The space was bigger than expected! Pool and hot tub were great for adults and kids! Location to strip was phenomenal. Views of mountain were great too! Checkin was easy. Beds were comfy. Gameroom and bunk beds were a hit with the kids.Communication by property owner was quick.

Hot tub was having technical issues so we only got to enjoy for one night but host was quick to get a technician out there to repair. Plugs in the back of the living room Tv were a little janky, which explains why the internet had been out when we got there. It has come loose from the wall power outlet. Space could use a little more storage, hooks for towels, and coffee bar essentials. But overall was a fantastic place to stay!

Loved our room! Spacious and clean room. We got lucky and stayed in one of the rooms that had a balcony which directly led to the pool. This was super convenient as we were literary steps away from accessing the pool and stayed until it closed.

I would have given this stay a 9/10 but unfortunately the staff did not care to provide any type of customer service. Two different young girls checked us in and out of the hotel, and neither was friendly or cared to give us much information when asked about local restaurants or places to go. I think the front desk staff needs a bit more training, as even just being friendly and polite would've made a difference. I called the front desk multiple times at night and in the morning to ask questions and nobody picked up the phone. I thought staff might be busy so I walk out of the room (both times I needed assistance) and can clearly see the girl(s) sitting at her desk with no guests. I had to leave my room in my pajamas to physically go and ask the questions at the front desk. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews for staff but this was frustrating and disappointing. With better trained staff, this hotel can be given a 9.

Overall it really was a good hotel. You could tell it had been recently remodeled, and the breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Two big frustrations, which is not common for us to be quick to point out, but felt it necessary here. One, when we booked this hotel, we booked for the specific purpose of using the pool/hot tub (our search was based on that criteria). This was our 20th wedding anniversary quick getaway, and so we wanted something to enjoy in the evenings after walking around New Haven. So we were shocked to arrive and find the pool/tub had been closed permanently! Second issue: our room faced the back parking lot, and the lights were shining up at the window. We're used to blackout curtains, or something dark and heavy, but it was only a scrolling blind, and light shot into our room all night long. The front desk was unable to help with this, so we ended up shoving towels all around the window so that we could prevent some of the light coming in. Other than that, it really was a great hotel with a convenient location.

The staff member was not friendly at all no kind of customer service skills. They asked for a deposit of 50 dollar, I ask does it come back on you card when I check out she said yes and that wasn't the case. I would have use cash instead of putting it on my card. The room was dirty, we was killing little bugs. Carpet was so dirty. I was in room 130 the t.v. needs upgrade.
