One of the beds was hard, like there was a board inside and no springs or soft stuffing. The breakfast bar was a disaster, the juice machine didn’t work, no fruit, counters where the food was, were dirty. There was no milk, no hot food, and the toaster didn’t work properly. In addition, they send you a message asking you to reply if you need anything. We did, so I replied asking for towels and none were delivered and no response back. In addition, we asked at the front desk and none were delivered and had to go back and request again.

Loud neighbors that played loud rap music all night ,drunk and then had a full blown fight at 2 am , in the room and courtyard . I complained how bad the one day and night was out of 3 we were there . They should have comped me an extra night or something for the horrible night we had on my birthday mind you ,

Where should I start? There was a drunk throwing cans across the pool hitting my child. The pool was out of towels by 7 pm. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room. Or even pick up our trash. The phone in my room was missing buttons so we couldn’t call reception or any other department. We tried calling reception using our cell phones but we kept getting hung up. There was a dead moth smeared on the ceiling. The carpet at the halls smell like humid and smoke. We ended up leaving a day earlier because it was just bad.

The view in our room was the best part about the property. The beds were very comfortable as well.

There was mold on the windows of the indoor pool!!! The bathroom of our room was very small you can barely open the door. The balcony was nice but more privacy would be nice between each balcony and maybe a nice balcony table and chairs instead of plastic.
