      Stayed here twice now, both times have been problematic is some way. There is hardly any staff, so usually a long wait at the front desk. Although i paid thru Booking.com, the hotel said they never got it and charged me again, after waiting 45 mins to check in i just paid. it took over a month to get refund back. The hotel feels very unorganized and severely understaffed

      Requested an upper room that was quiet. Wasn’t told till we arrived, there was a DJ and pool party . Our only choice was a room on the first floor.
