The apartment was wonderful! Comfortable, clean, spacious and definitely affordable compared to other places. I am so glad I chose this place to stay. I had breakfast on the balcony each morning, the water pressure in the shower was heavenly, the house is within walking distance to the Italian Restaurants and Bakeries; Pesti's and the Italian Market are wonderful to stop into and get good food and the people there are so friendly. I love Little Italy! Every detail seemed to be taken care of, all I needed to bring was personal items and food,although hygiene products were supplied, along with everything you could need in the kitchen. Seems the owner thought of everything; anytime I thought "man, I wish I had brought...." I looked in the kitchen or wherever and it was there. The owner was very communicative and accommodating, I forgot to text her so our correspondence was through email and I missed a couple of them.

The breakfast was a nice buffet, lots of variety. We were able to walk to the Black Friars Theater next door to Hotel 24. We did not need to move are vehicle during the stay as we could walk to restaurants, attractions and a trip on the Virginia Scenic Railroad! My husband and I had a wonderful time in Staunton Va.

Jacuzzi was used & not cleaned, found sand in it. The TVs did not work, internet was so slow it was stopping to load the Netflix or PrimeVideo. The heater did not work, no air-conditioning. Windows didn't have screens, including the patio sliding door. How do you enjoy the fresh ocean breeze? With the bugs, drawn to the lights! Not funny! I had my 80 years old father with us & he had to sleep on the couch(not a fold out bed), because the stairs to the 54 inch high loft were dangerous. The posting is misleading!! THIS IS A TRAILER!! That's why the loft is so small & the mattresses are on the floor. But I will still argue that the stairs are Unsafe. Too short & too steep!! Contacted management about internet, TV & screens multiple times, but resolved nothing. Do they really care?

Besides taking our child to the arcade and coming back to a non working card and having to CALL someone at 11PM to give us a functioning card. We were so exaughsted after waiting for someone we called it a night. Only to wake up looking down and seeing blood by where my husband layed. He was in the restroom and I said hey are you bleeding!? And he was like no. Long story short the front desk tried to say it was us. And the housekeeper came and said that no one has been in that room for 2 days and that the blood looks new!? I said that would’ve meant my significant others head was bleeding!? I freaked out I have been a housekeeper in my younger years and one this I hate is someone lieing. I relayed that information to her and she said I am not sayingg that you are but we use heavy chemicals I said clearly this bed was not cleaned. We at least wanted and apology and they turned it on us. We have a 9 year old. My husband said we are not drug users the bloody spots would’ve meant my head was bleeding. They didn’t apologize and it was the worst experience. We will go back to hotels not motels who cares about saving money when anything that is motel like is usually not properly cleaned. The least they could’ve done and the bare minimum was apologizing instead they gaslit us. Don’t stay here. Spend a little bit more for a place that doesn’t Change Their Sheets.

I requested a handicap accessable room. They put us on the second floor with no elevator. The stairs were steep and hard to use . Breakfast was not good. Only had sausage with no scrambled eggs or gravy. No fruit. Waffles were ok. Just not very good. Pool was not clean
