The location is great! Nice staff, and they had a fan in our room when we arrived because they texted us prior to our arrival to see if we had any needs. We had a view of Mt. Rainier from our room! Iced water in the lobby day and night. The lobby atmosphere is perfect with a seating area around a fireplace and a small bar.

Nothing! Upon entering the room and a quick visual inspection we returned to the front desk to cancel the room. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had dead bugs and slimy stuff on the walls. It appeared to be seaman ejaculated on the walls. DISGUSTING!

Didn't like not being on the 1st floor after I requested it maybe a week ahead of time the room had a smell to it they offered to move me but it would be 2nd floor or higher so I stayed after that I was pretty bummed im not a fan of elevators or heights which I told them they asked about stairs which no may be on the younger side but I have 2 junk knees and plenty of metal in my ankles and wear braces but being scared I had to use the stairs and was in pain

Location, Other guest seemed sketchy. Looks like these were peoples home. Not a family hotel. Reeked of pot!!! Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Glad I we only had to stay a few hours to get rest. To get on road again.

Breakfast very good - plenty of protein and non-gluten options. Bed was comfortable. Printer was available to print out document that was needed that morning.

Signed up for the shuttle, but driver didn’t check for all passengers and left before departure time. Hotel personnel did address situation timely and was able to make transport ride at airport.
