When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  I loved the comfort of the bed and the clean aroma of my sheets! The room was very clean and most importantly neat. Towels were extremely white, and all essentials was in the bathroom; shampoo, conditioner, two soap bars and the blow dryer; everything was there! Breakfast was presented well; biscuits was made perfectly and freshly baked. The breakfast area was very clean and since we came down 5 minutes early; she went ahead and let us begin preparing our plates.

  The woman bathroom by the front entrance and front desk was out of order. The tub was not much of one, because It was very low to the floor with not much siding, so basically it was only a shower. Weirdly to me the coffee and coffee pot was actually in the bathroom on the counter. .....Morning Breakfast: I wish the scrambled eggs was fresh and not processed and I wish the meat had at least two options instead one kind.

  Very nice location off the noise of Manhattan, but it was very close and easily accessible by subway. Great view from the windows of the king suite junior. Good value for a breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Large and well equipped suite and the bathroom. Bright lighting was also a big bonus, compared with other hotels.

  The mattress was a bit soft, not very good for a person with a back pain. A 'do not disturb' sign is not provided, and is missing.

  We had a king room with a livingroom attached. Bed was comfy, pullout sofa wasn't but I didn't have high hopes. Staff was amazing and went above ajd beyond to help with any request.

  Internet was absolutely awful. It kept kicking us out. Front desk staff kindly gave us access to the staff wifi but it was no better. Had I intended to work more on this trip, it would have made it even worse. I wasn’t happy with the hot water in our shower. Couldn’t get it hot enough for me and the cold water knob in the kitchen never did work. Worse than all that was the day we had brown coming out of the pipes. Only after notifying the front desk did they tell me there had been work done that day and to keep the water running to flush the pipes. I would have appreciated advance warning of this along with some bottled water. I never trusted the water after the incident and bought our own bottled water for coffee and drinking.
