The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  All staff members were friendly. Communication was great- I had a question for them on the day of check in which they replied by text to me. The location was absolutely perfect for our ferry departure time of 5am- it made for a convenient and enjoyable way to depart at such an early hour. The lobby is also decorated in an inviting, modern scheme with a breath-taking view of the water. They also stocked quality wine for optional purchase, which we took advantage of. We also loved the spacious modern patio, the healthy, well-groomed grassy area, and that our rooms also overlooked the water which all added to the inviting atmosphere to relax and enjoy. We sure did!

  Hair in the tub and bathroom floor! Disappointing to see this. It was surprising to encounter this, as everything else seemed clean and attended to.

  The location was perfect for our weekend. There were three of us and it was nice to be able to sit and visit, have a meal together without someone having to leave to go to a hotel room alone. The host provided very detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, how to enter the property and where to park.

  Be advised there is only one shower. There is a full bath and a half bath. Not a problem for us but might be if four people stay here. A minor concern for us.

  I always enjoy my stay here. It's a great place to stay with a functional kitchen and grill outside. The also have a full restaurant with large menu and a ice cream bar. I have stayed here many times over the last 4 or 5 years and every time I go they have added or improved so much.

  The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. it's a perfect place when you're traveling and just looking to spend the night. It's very reasonably priced and the value for your money is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

  Value is great. LOVED THE OCEAN VIEW! Staff was helpful once located and arrived. Bed was fairly comfortable. Property seems pretty old, but remodeled. Room was clean. Elevator access to top floor.

  No staff on site. The sign said there was staffed hours but they were never there. Had to call to get staff to arrive to get checked in, get toilet paper, get batteries to make the smoke alarm stop beeping. Shower head was so low I had to duck to shower. No AC so the room was pretty hot. Had to open doors to cool it down which brings security concerns and noise.

  The hotel is very old and it needs an emergency update. The bathroom was very old. The elevators were not working properly and we needed to wait a long time for it to arrive.

  I did not like that there was not restroom on the lobby and I had to go to the second floor by the stairs to use it. It is very inconvenient if you have an emergency.
