The apartment is in a great location to walk to restaurants and stores. The kitchen and the bathroom are terrific. It’s one room but who needs more for 2 people and a short stay (7 days). We were happy to be able to park at the apartment. The apartment is quite shaded from the sun and we were able to shut off AC at night even tho it was a heat wave.

The mattress is foam and very soft. The pillows on the bed smelled of being old. The pullout couch is very used and uncomfortable to sit on. The staff, although very polite, could not manage to deliver new pillows: it took them 6 days and we left on the 7th. Towels, only 1 set per person, were old and one was permanently stained. There was no laundry soap despite my request for some. Also, the ice maker didn’t work. We couldn’t figure out how to shut off the fan in the bathroom which is very loud.

In the heart of Tribeca, The Roxy blends a standout location with genuine personality: a true jazz club on site and a lounge that hums with live sets throughout the week. Service is consistently helpful, and the early-morning team deserves particular praise for their warmth.

The in-house cinema was unfortunately closed during our visit but is scheduled to reopen in early September. Our only real disappointment was the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable across our eight-day stay. The in-room AC feels dated, noisy, with airflow directed toward the bed. Hot water often took ~5 minutes to arrive and fluctuated, and the showerhead could use replacement.

The safety of motel. People were hanging around outside all night and there was work being done which made teetering the property sketchy. It was also off the hwy and the ac unit wouldn’t run all night (100 degree day) I brought my own pillow and blanket inside and left at 6am after arriving around midnight

I didn't like that there was a dog on my floor who barked, A LOT. It prevented us from getting some needed rest. Other than that, our stay was good. I'll be visiting again during the holidays.
