The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the there were plenty of towels. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. It's only 10 miles from the entrance to Glacier National Park and 10 Miles to great restaurants in Columbia Falls.

Amazing location. Very quickly walk to the lighthouse, beach and bridge. Hot tub and pool facility was very nice. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Convenient ice machine in parking lot.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I had an issue with my shower (just too dumb to figure it out) and they sent a maintenance man immediately to show me what I was doing wrong.

The phone didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell. They should also just put some instructions for the shower, because the maintenance guy knew exactly what was up and it seems this happens all the time.

I had a king room which was large, roomy, and clean. It had a mini-kitchenette area with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The light over the bathroom mirror was rather dim. There was another mirror in the room that had no light. It made it a bit difficult for a woman trying to do hair and makeup for a business meeting.

Smell bad in the room, they charge me for parking which is outrageous to me with that location how much for hotel room and you still charge me for parking really predatory ways to treat customers

We booked a king and he tried to check us into a queen without actually telling us until we asked a question. We told him that was unacceptable, and that we weren't going to stay. He informed us he didn't charge us but after reviewing cc statement we had a charge that we disputed. He also said we should contact booking.com, which we did for a cancelation. He never responded to the booking.com request. Shady place in our opinion and we book a lot of properties from booking.com.

Room was clean and well appointed. Beds are super comfortable (except that weird metal baseboard, which I kept kicking accidentally haha!). Breakfast was exceptional and tasty! Great array of options for everyone. Overall, an exceedingly pleasant experience.

I thought the freeway noise would cause me to have trouble sleeping, but it ended up not being an issue. I worried that having the ice machine right outside our room would also be a noise concern, but again, proved not to be a problem.
