- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  The staff went above and beyond in many ways, including helping us by providing an excellent parking spot for our truck and trailer, along with finding a necklace that was left in the room (and ended up in the laundry as it was left in the bed) a few days later!!! Very thankful and impressed with Ashland’s Best Western staff!

  The room had a scent like distant cigarette smoke and perfume. Not ideal but everything else was well worth it!

  This is an old place. What they could clean was clean, however the bathroom is in dire need of updating, desk chair old and dirty with stains. The bedroom is updated and clean otherwise.

  The smell of cleaner Fabuloso was so strong, I developed a headache within 10 minutes. I have mild asthma and it started to bother my breathing. I packed up within 15 minutes of arriving and left to go pay for another room elsewhere.

  The location is perfect…..both, for the beach, and for the shopping.

  The bathroom door was squeaky, which , to me, was of little importance. I forgot to report this to the staff. I found out during our sleep, it really bothered my cousin, when each of us got up to go the bathroom at night. We all would STILL enjoy staying there again!
